EMERGE is a MENA-rooted humanitarian and recovery organization helping children, families, and communities affected by crisis move from survival to recovery.
Built on decades of combined regional experience in humanitarian response, healthcare, mental health, education, community development, business, and leadership, EMERGE works across crisis response and protection, mental health and psychosocial support, child and family development, and economic recovery.
We serve people of all backgrounds, irrespective of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality, or social status, through partnerships with community organizations, schools, clinics, local leaders, and faith communities.

For more than six years, our ministry operated publicly through the Trauma Healing Resource Center (THRC). Today, our work continues and expands under EMERGE International, our new public identity for serving children, families, churches, and communities across the Middle East and North Africa. EMERGE International and THRC are governed by the same board and operate together under one shared mission.
Donors may give directly to EMERGE International (EIN 33-1858732). Gifts may also be made through THRC (EIN 83-3908235), which currently holds our 4-Star Charity Navigator rating and is available for giving through the National Christian Foundation. Charity Navigator recognition and National Christian Foundation giving services remain registered under THRC.
